Summer Wedding Colors- What's in Style?

                If you're planning a wedding for this upcoming summer, you've probably already booked your venue, found your dress, and at least thought about your music options. What about your color scheme, however? Summer is also known as "wedding season" so how can you stand out from the crowd and make a statement? This article includes a few ideas about colors that might complement your summer wedding event.

 Green

 

                Green is a widely underused wedding color, but it really pops in photographs. It's also very friendly to a lot of skin tones, which makes it a good choice for bridesmaid dresses. Green works well with black as well as yellow if you're looking to pair colors (or add sashes to dresses, for example), so you can really make an impact with your wedding by threading some green into the color scheme.

 Yellow

                Most summer weddings are held outdoors, under the sunshine. Add even more light to your special day by weaving yellow into your patterns. If you're using white table settings, yellow can offset the white and add a punch of color. Yellow also stands out in centerpieces, especially when paired with other bold colors like purple.  As a complementary color, yellow fits in well to many wedding themes.
